ଗତ କିଛି ଦିନ ହେବ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ରନ୍ଧନ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍‌ର ଘୋର ସଙ୍କଟ ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି। ବିଶେଷ କରି ନୟାଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଏହି ସମସ୍ୟା ଉଗ୍ର ରୂପ ଧାରଣ କରିଛି। ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ମିଳୁ ନଥିବାରୁ ଉତ୍ତ୍ୟକ୍ତ ଲୋକେ ରାସ୍ତାକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରାସ୍ତା ଅବରୋଧ କରି ନିଜର ପ୍ରତିବାଦ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି।

୨. କଳାବଜାରୀ ଏବଂ ଓଜନରେ ଠକେଇ

ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଏହି ସଙ୍କଟ ସମୟରେ କିଛି ଅସାଧୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ "ବ୍ଲାକ ମାର୍କେଟିଂ" ବା କଳାବଜାରୀ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କାରେ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଓଜନରେ ଠକେଇ (Weight Tampering) ହେଉଥିବା ମଧ୍ୟ ଖବର ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ଏହା ସାଧାରଣ ଖାଉଟିଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବୋଝ ଉପରେ ନଳିତା ବିଡ଼ା ସଦୃଶ ହୋଇଛି।

୩. କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ

ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ସଙ୍କଟକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏକ ବଡ଼ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। LPG ର ବିକଳ୍ପ ଭାବେ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ କିରୋସିନି (Emergency Kerosene Supply) ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛି। ଯାହାଫଳରେ ଗରିବ ଏବଂ ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ପରିବାର ରନ୍ଧନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ କିଛିଟା ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ପାଇପାରିବେ।

୪. ସାବଧାନ ରୁହନ୍ତୁ: ଖାଉଟିଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କିଛି ପରାମର୍ଶ

ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ନେବା ସମୟରେ ସିଲ୍ ଚେକ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ଓଜନ କରିବାକୁ ଜିଦ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ।

ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ଦାବି କଲେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ବା ସପ୍ଲାଇ ଅଫିସକୁ ଜଣାନ୍ତୁ।

ସରକାରୀ ଘୋଷଣା ଅନୁସାରେ କିରୋସିନି ପାଇଁ ନିଜର ରାସନ କାର୍ଡ ଧରି ଡିଲରଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ।
